--Hotel accommodations prices include meals and all taxes. At Frost Valley, their single weekend lodgings prices include two nights lodgings, ALL meals, program fees & taxes for the entire weekend. Yes, taxes included.
--BRING YOUR OWN FLASHLIGHT. This will really help in walking back and forth to the bonfire at night from your rooms and cabins. Our sponsor: MakingGreatLeaders.com is providing everyone their own flashlights as well so this is a backup plan for you!
--FROST VALLEY requires a careful drive through the Catskill Mountains, driving along roads following mountain streams and through beautiful state forests. To get there, follow our written directions and NOT YOUR GPS. The GPS system still has the address incorrectly taking you into the middle of the forest, far from the party or anyone who could tell you where next to go.
--NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE. Free public WiFi is available only at the Thomas Lodge dining hall. Join our party and disconnect for a weekend.
--THEMATICALLY... Frost Valley is a country resort far from everything....bring everything you will need or be ready to do without. The last 13 miles to Frost Valley will take a good half hour with slow winding roads that follow a mountain stream through the Valley. Follow the written directions you have been given--NOT YOUR GPS! (It's a beautiful drive!)
